      Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach students the fundamental principles and strategies of e-commerce, introduce them to the digital commerce ecosystem, and equip them with competencies in topics such as online business models, digital marketing, customer relationship management, payment systems, and logistics. To achieve this objective, the course combines theoretical knowledge with practical projects, aiming to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to keep up with innovations in the e-commerce field and succeed in a competitive business environment.
      Learning Outcomes

      The students who succeeded in this course;

      • will be able to define the basic concepts of e-commerce,
      • will be able to classify and compare e-commerce business models,
      • will be able to develop and plan digital marketing strategies,
      • will be able to analyze logistics and supply chain management in e-commerce,
      • will be able to examine payment systems and financial strategies in e-commerce,
      • will be able to apply customer relationship management in practice.
      Course Description The constantly evolving digital world presents significant opportunities in terms of trade volume. This course aims to equip students with knowledge about this potential in the field of e-commerce and provide them with practical insights. Throughout the course, students will gain an understanding of the role and importance of e-commerce in the business world, while also developing skills in managing digital commerce processes and formulating strategies.
