Course Objectives	The purpose of this course is to enable the student to understand the role and importance of customs in international trade and to learn customs procedures according to customs legislation in Türkiye.
Learning Outcomes	The students who succeeded in this course; will be able to discuss the role and importance of customs in international trade, will be able to explain the structure and main lines of the Customs Law, which forms the basis of the Customs Legislation in Türkiye, will be able to describe and compare customs regimes, will be able to classify the representation methods in customs, will be able to explain the subjects of "tariff", "value" and "origin" in customs and foreign trade legislation applications, will be able to explain the calculation methods of customs taxes.
Course Description	This course aims to teach the role and importance of customs in international trade, customs legislation and procedures.
