Course Objectives The course aims at enabling students to acquire the basic language used specifically for conducting import/export business.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • define terminology related to international trade;
  • classify main types of documents in international trade;
  • write basic business correspondence letters/e-mails;
  • communicate verbally in English, at the basic level, in order to negotiate;
  • conduct business transactions in English at basic level
Course Description This course aims to teach terminology related to international trade, to improve reading and listening comprehension of relevant communication and enable students to produce basic written and oral communication for international trade transactions.
